Adon Ombura
Adon Ombura holds a Masters Degree in Textile Design, also a Masters Degree in Fine Art, and a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art. He is currently working on his PhD in Fine Art & Design. Adon has been lecturing at the Department of Fine Art & Design at Kenyatta University since 1992. Apart from lecturing he has administrative responsibility as the Chairman of the Department of Fine Art and Design. Adon’s philosophy as a Fine Art & Design educator, researcher and consultant is:
To encourage and guide Art/Design students to find the best solutions, following a creative and practical approach. Also to exceed each client's expectation through strong communication and inspired designs.
His endeavour to improve himself and the community has been recognized, through several academic and community service awards including:
