TPAAE proudly invites you to read the MekaZine, a publication made by students at Pwani University for the 2nd DUOS Festival “Women Power” that took place during August-September 2021 in Kilifi.
Dedicated to Kenyan freedom fighter and heroine Mekatilili wa Menza, the publication is a practical dialogue that recognises mutual artistic and cultural influences between Europe and East Africa, valuing cultural heritage as a vehicle for community and social transformation.
